Terms of Service

Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of Mix Control, an artisan ice cream and sorbet recipe formulation tool. Registration implies full acceptance of these terms.
Service Access
Access to Mix Control requires account creation. A free 30-day trial is offered upon registration. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using editing features.
Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Prices are displayed including tax. Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds are provided for the current period.
Intellectual Property
The Mix Control application, its source code, design, and content are the exclusive property of Mickaël MASSON. Recipes and data entered by the user remain their exclusive property and can be exported at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Mix Control provides recipe formulation tools. Nutritional and regulatory calculations are indicative and do not substitute professional expertise. The user remains solely responsible for the regulatory compliance of their products.
Termination
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from Settings. Mix Control reserves the right to suspend an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use, after prior notification.
Community Content Policy
Content published on the Mix Control community (recipes, comments, reviews) must comply with applicable laws. Strictly prohibited: illegal, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory content, and any content harmful to minors. Users must report inappropriate content using the 'Report' button available on each community item. Mix Control commits to processing reports within 48 hours and forwarding manifestly illegal content to competent authorities as required by law.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
