Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Mix Control application, published by Mickaël MASSON.
Plans and Pricing
Mix Control offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Prices include all applicable taxes. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with changes taking effect at the next renewal period.
Free Trial
A free 30-day trial is offered upon registration. During this period, the user has access to all features. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using editing features.
Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS SAQ A). Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Subscriptions are automatically charged at each billing cycle. No banking data passes through our servers.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By accepting immediate access to the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current period. Users retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
Liability
Mix Control provides recipe formulation tools. Nutritional and regulatory calculations are indicative and do not substitute professional expertise. The publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Prior to any legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
